Thanks to all who suggested a cause and a fix for why my NH750 suddenly started dumping fuel out of the carbs after a two week layover.
In fact, later that day, I tried starting it again, and presto, no more leaking, nor has there been any since. So probably a stuck float which freed up on my restart. Since then, however, I've shut the petcock off between rides. I know it's vacuum operated and should not release fuel unless the engine is running, but can't hurt, right? Thanks again.
