Same here Jim, I want to see if I can score a test ride on the FZ-07 as well. I watched a youtube of it and the guy was going on all about how flickable it is, and how much torque the bike had. He even popped a few power wheelies without clutching it up. After riding my Xj650 and Jason's pair of 650 NH for a season, I have come to love the light bikes. Having a modern one with FI and even more power is really appealing to me. I rode an FZ8 about 2 years ago and while I loved the handling and brakes, but the powerband was too much like an R6, not much torque and a holy sh!t top end punch. My VFR had a much nicer linear power delivery in comparison. On a naked I'm interested in a bike with grunt since speed is determined by wind pressure. The kicker is that you can pick up an FZ8 for $6000-6500 from a dealership as they want to move their left over stock.
