Sorry I realized you are looking for a luggage rack and not just a sissy bar. Apparently racks are hen's teeth and I even had difficulty determining if your 450 is even compatible with the older 450 bikes, since the older ones can interchange racks with the CB360 CM400 and some other smaller Hondas from the same era. I did find a blog post where someone installed a "Connecticut Cycle" backrest/luggage rack on a 1983 450 nighthawk. Google came up with nothing on that company but I did see an old eBay listing for one.
