Second you can take the exhaust to a mandrel bending shop and get a set made out of stainless, with an output size acceptable for slipon mufflers. This would be the most expensive option but the best if you intend to keep the bike forever. Lastly you can source a set of stock pipes off of ebay, to replace your rusty set. this will make the bike quieter, however like Graham said a stiebel air horn is way louder than any pipes you could stand to ride with.
