I can pass along the highly coveted knowledge of the Honda parts number
center codes. Knowledge I find quite helpful to keep these older bikes on
the road.
The 14500 refers to what it is, in this case a tensioner bracket. ME5 is
what it's for, each bike should have its own center code and the center
code will always signify which model it was originally designed for. And
the 010 means it's the 10th revision of this part, 000 would be the first
issue.
