Thank you for your help thus far.  The bike is still belching blue smoke 
when it gets warm.  It gets worse as it warms up.  It is basically clear at 
first, but then it goes to smoke again.  I will describe what I have 
already done below:

-Cleaned carbs
-replaced piston rings
-replaced engine gaskets
-replaced all seals above the gear box
-set the valve timing,
-replaced valve seals
-cleaned carbon from piston and bottom of valve area

What am I missing?  Why is there still blue smoke?  please help.
