Unfortunately the hydraulic stuff didn't completely fix the issue. My friend went riding for 5 miles and the clutch began to slip again.
This time I dug into the clutch. Replaced all plates, friction discs, and the springs. The old springs were 1/4" shorter than the new ones. My friend went out again today for a nice ride. He had zero issues all day highway and city riding. Then he came up a very steep hill and he said it barely wanted to go forward. Clutch was slipping again. We dropped it off at a shop as I can't for the life of me figure out why this keeps happening. Last time I bled the clutch there were zero issues. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
