Well the new forks didn't work with the old fender. So I had to score one off ebay. The 83 bikes had painted fenders, but I got lucky and got a blue one. Surprisingly it isn't too far off from the tank and side covers. I'm still waiting on some superbike bars, and then I can order brake lines. I'll start the process of tuning the suspension while I wait for them to come in.
