The rubber mounts didn't make much of a difference, and I think some bright folks have figured out how to retrofit them. Not sure about that.
Regardless, you don't buy a parallel twin if you are hunting for sewing machine balance. You buy a Versys if you want a solid, capable, utilitarian bike.
