You don't necessarily have to sync them if you don't break the rack. Try a bench sync with a strip of paper once they're off to see how close they are to being synched. Of course, it you completely take even the butterflies apart, you'll want to do a bench and then manometer sync at the end. Doesn't take so long and not so difficult.
