HELO, all, this is my first post here; I just bough an '83 Nighthawk and am
reading the Owner's and some of the Service Manual before taking it out.

In regard to the first post in this thread from Paul, I'm just thinking how
I had never seen quite a short and clear description of what goes wrong in
mail list exchanges between strangers as well as people you know well
face-to-face.*

*(Recalling an earlier era of internet, I remember how in places there
would be a less anonymous community and people thew insults around just for
creative entertainment, flame wars in good fun mostly. I was also still in
High School. Once or twice though (and more) I've forgotten how that sort
of "communication" is unrecognizable now, and unintentionally provoked or
thought I was being provoked by someone. I miss Web 1.0 and the way things
were before Social Media (Facebook be damned though and everything, I still
do go on there because I can't live in another dimension where everyone is
on IRC).

Can people be too caustic in their responses and appear over-critical.
> Sure. Can others be too sensitive and peevish? Yup. But just remember this:
