Last summer my son was riding my Nighthawk 750 and one of the pieces of
hardware came loose from my Slipstreamer windshield and fell off. He didn't
notice it until much later so retrieving the part was out of the question.

I did some searching online but all I could find was a replacement kit for
all the hardware for about $50. So I emailed the company (which is located
in Minnesota) sending along a picture of the shield and highlighting the
part needed. I received a reply within about 30 minutes. The guy gave his
phone number and told me to ask for him when I called. I did and the part I
need is in the mail AT NO COST.

Quite honestly I like the build quality on National Cycle a little better
than Slipstreamer but I have to say that I give Slipstreamer five stars for
customer service! Very impressed!
