Looks clean, however for $2000 the bike needs to be perfect. I agree with Kyle $1500 is probably about what it is worth, maybe less if it need new rubber. Also those led turn signals are junk and people behind you won't see them. And that aftermarket MAC pipe will rust and require annual painting, I would inquire the owner about the stock pipes. There is a date code on tires, prior to 2000 it was a 3 digit code with the first 2 digits being the week of the year, and the 3rd digit the year. After 2000 they went to a 4 digit code so that people could tell what decade the tire was made in. You should replace tires older than 3 years as they get hard and loose traction far more easily.
