Reading your initial email, I'd definitely say it's time for a multimeter
(and possibly some new lamps).

You're looking at a potential break/bad connection for the right side turn
signal circuit, and a break or bad connection for the front left turn
signal. Also possible is that the flasher filaments on the right side are
dead, ditto the front left.
