I can tell you what jets to use, if you are willing to pull the carbs again. Do you have any washers on the needles? If stock jets use 2 washers, with larger jets then just 1. Also turnout the fuel screws to 3 turns from bottomed out. You bike will start easier when cold and warm up faster. And the washers will remove that huge flat spot around 4k rpm.
