I just got back from taking the same bike tank and plastic pieces to my new paint guys and they told me how to get a PA title, in a town just a few miles away. The same guys said they would upholster motor cycle seats so I gave them two to do. I told them if they sold ammo I would never need to go anywhere else again for anything. They smiled and asked what I needed.
