Have both the same NH as you and a luggage rack. It is NOT oem. My local friendly mechanic says it will fit but I don't care to put it on. It's not new, but it's nice. It's in my office at work and I'll shoot a pic or two for you to look at. If you like it, $35 of Uncle Sam's currency, plus UPS shipping from Philly will bring it to you. Best, Michael C.
