So before i redid the seals on my forks around two months ago, id noticed that removing my drain plug offered no flow of fork oil out of the orifice. I cleaned my forks extensively while chnging my fork seals. Simple green, hosed out the forks, etc. multiple times during the process. Now, im trying to drain the atf thats in there and fill with fresh oil. I remove the drain plug and still nothing. This is on the left (trac) side. So the fork oil drain plug is on the actual trac system thats attached to the leg. Is my trac system plugged up somehow? When i pulled it apart it was basically sealed. Just an inlet hole for the fork fluid and the drain hole are visible. I could see or get to any of the inner workings of the trac system. Im guessing this is also why my forks feel extremely stiff even after reducing the amount of fluid in the forks. I have new bushings, seals and 5wt fork oil and am just waiting for the right time to tear into these things again. Any ideas here?
