My son just turned me onto the cell phone app Here, which uses static maps, so that should work for me even when I'm off the t-mobile network. It doesn't talk, however, so I would have to look at the small screen on the bike, and it might go black to save power, don't know. Still, it led us back to our hotel tonight pretty well, so I wanted to share it with the Nighthawkers.
