Frankly even on the West coast $2500 will be a stretch for a 650 NH that has been modified. If it had been restored to original in near perfect condition...maybe. You don't mention how many miles are on it (which is info buyers want to know) but "as is" the value is probably more around $1500 - $1700 give or take.
