Hi Paul, It was purchased with the intent of restoring cosmetically, since it only had 13K on it. That was a couple of years ago. Three back tires later it has just shy of 32K. Turns out riding it was so much more fun than my vintage 360 Honda twin that I turned it into a daily driver. It takes me to work every day that the temp is above 30 and the pavement is dry.
Not much really needs fixing. The ignition switch has been a problem. It gets hot and melts the internals. Repaired it twice now. Salvaged the internals off of a parts machine and have a new switch in the box for the next time it goes bad. Rebuilt the calipers and replaced the pads on the front, change the oil, plugs and air filter as needed and keep good rubber on it. Much more riding and less wrenching than on the old 360 that would put you on the side of the road if you didn't keep the points dressed per the maintenance schedule.
