To me, it looks like he took a picture of his computer screen, lol, probably from another Craigsiist ad in another city.
I drove 300 miles one way based on 20 year old great pictures, only to see a bomb of bombs; and the owner would just say, "it sounds good!" It sounded like a dead dog and looked pathetic.
