First of all what is "cold" having it catch on one or two cylinders at
first is normal when your talking 40 or colder. Now normally on that model
you need full choke and do not touch the throttle to get them to cold start
at least if it is colder than about 65. So I would check to ensure there
are no mouse nests in the airbox and that your air filter is clean. Have
you rejetted the carbs?
