Hello,

Sorry it seems I accidentally sent a private message when I meant to post.
I have been having a similar issue with my 82 Nighthawk 450, only the
lights are on. At first I thought it was the battery, so I jumped it, but
it did not work. Any suggestions on why it won't kick over? I thought it
may be the spark plug, but someone said it was the starter. I just wanted
another opinion before I started taking things apart and buying new parts.
Also, if it is the starter, does anyone have a good website where I could
purchase one? I can't seem to find a website online that sells starters for
my bike. Thanks.
