Re-starting this post with a new, better video. I hear a knock coming from the lower part of the engine, whenever the idle is below 1000RPM

The knock goes away over 1200RPMS (where the idle should be) I DID notice, when taking off in 1st gear, as the RPM dips below 1000 i can hear it too. The Plugs, Coils/wires have been replaced, but I am just going to pay for new/reman/cleaned carbs because these carbs are all leaking and rusty.
