Could be that the rear tire is not aligned properly. Just because the adjusters 
show that they are even doesn't mean the tire is perfectly straight.
Here's what I do- I bought this from Cycle Gear 
(http://www.motionpro.com/product/08-0048), then I removed the rod and glued on 
a small bullet type laser pointer (keychain style). Clamp it on the rear 
sprocket and read the light from the pointer on the chain at the front sprocket.
I thought my tire was aligned, but sure enough it wasn't. Once I used this 
method, my bike straightened up and felt better.
All you do is adjust the wheel until the laser lines up at the sprocket in the 
same position as where your alignment tool is.
