My concern with startups like this is that they'll come up with the idea and work out the implementation then get stumped by physical production. One of the established manufacturers will notice, make their own version of the tech, run it through their already established production pipeline, and beat the startup to market. Skully took all of those worries and added more with mismanagement, so hopefully Shoei, Arai, Bell, etc will pick up where they left off.
