Not to be "that guy" but I've never seen 3/4" bars

Most Japanese and metric (euro) bikes are 7/8" bars (or 22mm for most of 
the world). Some "cruiser" types can have 1" bars so all the JPCycles 
cruiser farkles marketed at the HD crowd fit.
