It's an MGB, of course the engine is broke. That's just a foregone
conclusion and hardly worth mentioning in the ad. I had one of those, same
year and everything with those rubber bumpers. Interesting fact, you never
have to do an oil change on an MG. The engine won't make it 3000 miles
without needing to be torn down and rebuilt so you just put fresh oil in
with each rebuild. Seriously, that car ruined me on all things British for
years. I couldn't even enjoy Monty Python or wear Reeboks for at least a
decade. To this day I'll see some guy riding a Triumph and think, "nice
bike, a pity it's just waiting to break down."
