The 650 has a habit of arcing that connection and welding the plug to the fuseblock. It's possible to clean the connections and expand the female prongs to make firmer connection, but it requires opening the fuseblock. I took pics when I did mine years ago. http://nighthawk.kylemunz.com/?p=166
