I was also about to recommend a National Cycle Street Shield. I switch back and forth between a National Cycle Street Shield and a National Cycle Pelxifairing. Both shields can mount to the same handlebar hardware, but I did have to install two sets of lower clamps on the forks. I find the Plexifairing works well in cold weather, but it offers too much protection in hot weather.
