I will run the tap through all the remaining holes and clean them out as well. I know there's no powder in there but now that I think about it, if there's some sort of locktite on the bolts, maybe there was some left in the holes as well and during the 400 degree bake process, that locktite may have either melted and moved around, or, burnt up.
