I'm in Japan (Okinawa, specifically). Bought the bike in Virginia when I was stationed there, only spent $200 on her.
I've considered buying a new-to-me head, but I'm somewhat put off (honestly: terrified) by the concept of disassembling the engine that much, to say nothing of paying whatever horrific shipping rate some eBayer will charge me to ship to an APO address. The studs are more or less still usable, but it's one of those things that really should be changed out to be done right, you know? Thanks for the suggestion, George, on the Suzuki studs! Should be good enough to get the job done. I get back to the island in about 4 weeks, so I'll take the cover off and see what I can see.
