Hello all I just bought a used 2002 Honda Nighthawk, its in good condition but I am having several issues and wanted to get your advice. 1st. The tach will only bounce around and be erratic does it need replace or maybe a fuse or connection issue. 2nd At steady speeds the bike runs rough and acceleration is weak until I wind it up to shift. 3rd seems very hard over bumps so I'm not sure if the shocks are set up hard or need adjusted.
