Not hard at all, at least if you have the center stand and can unload the rear suspension. Pull the seat, a bolt up top, another at the bottom, and remove.
The usual suspects supply their usual quality. Progressive Suspension has a direct fit set that works fairly well, can't recall the part number off the top of my head.
