Dear All, I thought I would ask if anyone has encountered this issue, before. I wanted to buy a Nighthawk 1982 with 20K km on it and drive it back to California. The DMV rules are a little tough to parse - in that if it has more than 7500 its not a new vehicle so could come to CA...but on the other hand it has a note on the DMV website that most motorcycles can't conform to CA code and so...
