If it only happens in 5th gear it's not the head. Sometimes you can get a 
better idea where the noise is coming from by using a mechanics stethoscope 
- uses a metal rod instead of the cold round metal thing. Touch the rod to 
the countershaft while you have the bike securely lifted and running in 5th.
