Pardon my gross ignorance of all things Goldwing - but I have to admit -
I'm with Kyle on this - it literally looks like a 1800cc version of the
ST1300.

I don't get it - the GoldWing was / is / was supposed to be the long
distance touring motorcycle of choice - its supposed to have endless power
- endless comfort. This means that it isn't a small motorcycle, nor should
it be. It also means that when you add luggage - it isn't going to be the
smallest, lightest or easiest to maneuver bike either. But it isn't
supposed to be. If you want a sport tourer - go get a sport tourer.
I just don't understand what Honda's trying to do - make the GoldWing Sexy?
It isn't supposed to be Sexy - its supposed to be refined, comfortable and
the choice of people who know what a quality motorcycle should be. Quiet,
reliable and suitable for a cross country trip at the drop of a hat.
If you want something for grinding pegs in a turn - go get a super bike -
if you want something to turn heads and 'be cool looking' go get a Harley.
If you want a comfortable bike that you can ride all day - get a Goldwing.
So - Honda - don't mess with the wing - make it better - but don't make it
something it isn't!
