Its easy to miss them? Since my 700S has the rack on i cant remember how it was without it. But, it is easy to miss even looking right at the grab bar. You can see if the grab bar is original. It is in three pieces and you can see that just looking at it. The middle piece is the piece that is attached from underneath.
