Hey Corey, I just redid the brakes on my 84 Cb650sc and had the same 
problem. If you have an air compressor, shoot some air down the hose until 
you hear the calipers on both sides pop out. Then fill the res. Put a 
little hose off the LEFT (furthest from master) bleeder into a jar half 
full of water. Pump 15 or 20 times, hold the last pump down, open and shut 
the bleeder.  You should start seeing bubbles in the jar almost 
immediately. Repeat the pump, hold, open , shut process until you see just 
brake fluid coming out, no bubbles. Then switch to the right and do that 
side the same way. This was the first time I had bled hydraulic brakes on a 
bike and popping those calipers seemed to make all the difference. Good
