If I recall correctly, the front signals are wired as two colored pairs.
One wire will be a solid color, the other that same color with a white
stripe.

I seem to recall the striped ones as the running lights. They should have
voltage when the key is ON but not when that signal is on. Either both
solid or both striped should have voltage key on, but the others should
only have voltage one at a time with the turn signals.

If you're just using a meter, the turn signal lines won't flash. Use the
above method to separate signal from running lights.
