I'm not sure what the laws are in Norway but those are legally required in the States so I'd double check on that before disabling them. Anyways, only the fronts should be on while riding, not the rears. So, inside the headlight fairing you should see 3 wires running to each blinker, Dark Green, Solid Light Blue or Solid Orange, and a Light Blue or Orange with a white stripe. If you unplug the the Light Blue/Orange with the white stripe from each that should disable your front running lights.
