Hi Rich. Yes! If you're using the web interface just click the "insert photo" icon and if you're posting with via your email account just insert a photo like you would if you were sending it to anyone. If you're wanting to post (or link) several photos it's best to use a free service like Google Photos and to link an entire album in your note. That way people click the link and up come your pictures.
