Check spark by removing spark plug wire from # 1 plug and attaching any old spark plug you have. Then ground the ‘old plug’ that’s attached to the plug wire to the head, hit the starter button just enough to see spark. If 1 & 3 were working before, it’s unlikely that it’s spark. Third time taking apart and cleaning again should do it!
