Hi Harold, Funny, didn’t know we had someone on this list so close here. That blue bike of yours is much nicer than what I have, or gave our daughter. You’ve seen my postings here for less than a year. June last year my daughter and I took the beginner’s class - in Oregon City. The daughter rode once from Portland to Corvallis, then to and from a wildlife place near Corvallis three times a week - and nowhere else. In a way I’m glad, less chances for her to get hurt. But now another student talked her into taking the bike out for a ride this Saturday, with his buddies. Maybe she can learn from the “big boys”! :)
