Misc2 looks like it comes off the bottom left corner of the fuse box in this diagram. The dark green is always a common ground on these bikes, it looks like the brown with a white stripe is the lights in your fuel, tach, and speedo. The black with a brown stripe is power to the tach and fuel gauge and to 4, 5, and 6 warning lights. The connector in Misc1 looks like the 6P connector just up and left of the Silicon Rectifier in the center of the diagram. It looks like it handles switching for fuel gauge, warning lights 4, 5, 6, and the tach.
