I have just installed progressive springs in my 1985 CB650SC Nighthawk. I can’t say I notice any difference. So has anyone else ever put them in a CB650SC, what’s been your experience? The instructions indicated the spacer should be 1.25 inches so I cut a spare spacer into two 1.25 inch spacers. The originals are two inch. The 1.25s didn’t quite bring them level with the top of the forks. I still had to compress the caps to screw them on but the originals stuck about 3/4 inch above the fork rim. Graham
