Hi group. I have a freshly restored 85 nighthawk. It runs as new. Except, when I got it back from restoration mechanic, he said you ever notice the pop in the driveline on hard acceleration and sometimes deceleration? I said never. Well I know he enjoyed the bike while he had it, but with 45k on the clock I’m wondering if it’s in the driveshaft? It sound like someone taps a wrench on the swing arm. Just one time and you can feel it under load.
