Hi, this is my first post!!....please help if you can, my nighthawk (sohc 1983) uk bike, wont rev past 5000 rpm or 60mph in 5th gear, except when stood still, the carbs have been off and balanced etc all looks good also the (atu) looks ok and been cleaned & oiled..... any ideas regards andy
