I don't think it could be cables especially choke because if I add some choke I cant even get to 3k rpms without killing the engine which is normal since its warmed up right? but just in case I'll check out the cables tomorrow. But no I haven't synced the carbs the bike only has 14k miles and its been sitting for 20 years so I think I'm the first person to clean the carb but I never split the carbs so I shouldn't have a sync issue? I don't know much about bikes and carburetors so any ideas are appreciated thx. Also I'll check for leaks tomorrow.
